The prevalence HB infection shows a decreased effectivity vaccination. Objective: To discover differences in anti-HBs levels between two schedules vaccination recommended by Indonesian Pediatric Society (at 2, 4, 6 months vs 3, 4 age). Methods: This was an observational study on healthy babies comparing effect treatment groups, each consisting 30 subjects. Subjects were chosen stratified random sampling. Blood samples withdrawn three after subjects received their last dose vaccination, either schedule (Group 1) or 2). We used independent t-test assess mean groups.
